Late Policy

 

We totally understand life is busy and things can come up last minute, at Glamascent™, we will do our best to fit in your entire appointment as long as it doesn’t cause us to run late for the next client.

 

However, if we must shorten the appointment, you will still be charged the total amount for the service booked.

​

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early. We want you to relax and not feel stressed or rushed- removing 1 hour of stress can provide tons of anti-aging and health benefits! Come early. Have a bathroom break. Read one of the 'juicy celeb' magazines and be sure to check out their skin, because (chances are) yours will look just as good when you leave.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for your cooperation and respect in honoring our 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. This allows time for Glamascent™ to fill the spot you reserved.

 

For anything under 24 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the 30% deposit at the time the appointment was booked. 

 

All "reschedule" will be treated as last-minute cancellations if they do not fall within the 24-hour cancellation policy period.

No Show Policy

 

If you decide not to show, kindly call and let us know that you are okay... because when a lady doesn’t show up for her skincare appointment, we assume something happened.

 

Glamascent™ knows how serious you are about looking and feeling beautiful! Please avoid not showing up...it really stinks. Again you will be charged the 30% deposit for service(s) booked.

Products

Shipping Policy

 

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product.  If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
• Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.
• Please mail your product return to:

• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
• Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost packages.
• All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
• Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
• Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
• Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

Only items purchased on www.ga-aesthetics.com may be accepted for a return.

Damaged Product policy

​

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 30 days.  Please contact customer service at info@ga-aesthetics.com  and we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.
